March 19 through March 24, come to Catelli Duo and experience a Four Course Dinner for $35.

First Course Choose One

  • Mortadella Mousse – crispy lavash, braised lentils, wild mushrooms, roasted vidalia onion
  • Carciofo Agrume – flash seared confit artichoke hearts, baby radish, shaved grana padano, preserved lemon citronette
  • Beet Carpaccio – thinly sliced beets, goat cheese, sweet pickled orange segments, baby watercress, mint vinaigrette

Second Course Choose One

  • Roasted white corn bisque – basil oil, fresh cream, crab
  • Caesar Alla Griglia – grilled manoa lettuce, ciabatta crust, parmesan tuile, CD caeser dressing
  • Truffle Risotto – arborio rice, crispy prosciutto, fava beans, asiago cheese, black truffle pate
  • Endive & Chicory Salad – gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, granny smith apple, cherry smoked bacon, herbed buttermilk dressing

Third Course Choose One

  • Mediterranean Branzino – tarragon-dijon crust, charred cipollini onions, english pea hash
  • Wild Atlantic Salmon – basted marble potatoes, braised mustard greens with pancetta, sorrel pesto cream sauce
  • Statler Chicken Breast – grilled fennel, braised white beans, garlic spinach, basil veloute
  • Slow Cooked Pork Loin – caramelized fig, neuske bacon-fava bean sauté, apple pan sauce
  • Espresso-Chili Rubbed Flank Steak – heirloom carrots, charred shallots, chocolate-port demi

Fourth Course Choose One

  • Blackberry-Rhubarb Cobbler – toasted oats, blackberry compote, mint ice cream
  • Lemon-Thyme Cheesecake – candied lemon, coconut meringue
  • Chocolate-Hazelnut Panna Cotta – smooth milk chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, raspberry puree
